I build direct booking platforms for vacation rental owners. Not because I needed something to build—because I saw a genuine problem worth solving.
Owners with properties guests already loved and returned to were listed no differently than any other rental—paying the same 15.5% fee, on the same template, with no way to reach the guests who already knew the place. The problem wasn’t the platform. The problem was that nothing built for the relationship existed, at any price point.
Loftare Studio builds that alternative. One property at a time, with the craft and intention it deserves.
